Worst experience ever. Woonsocket office took my renewal in September, i was shut off til they could get around to reviewing it and 8 months later they still have not gotten to my paperwork. I go to the providence office and iys a 3 hr wait to get in to door. While my kids are starving and i have to spend all day to reapply cause they havent had time to look at my renewal paperwork.
Woonsocket DHS can't keep treating '' HUMANS" this way. We were told to come back the following day because they were "too busy ". We showed up 8am following morning . we were there EIGHT HOURS
This place is a total joke they need to fire most of them useless employees. been to prov. office and saw way better service. i don't know whats going on with RI dhs but needs a major overhaul and fast public service like that is a disgrace.
