I can't even begin to describe the nightmare experience we had with Aaron's. The manager assured me that the driver that had caused us problems has been fired but the rest of the store and its employees are so discombobulated and it seems basic communication is severely lacking resulting in TERRIBLE service. Anytime they make any kind of mistake they always try to blame the customer instead of owning up and addressing things properly. The manager even tried offering us a free TV if we stayed with them but I turned it down and went across the street to rent-a-center (who will match any price Aaron's has quoted you). Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
