They were very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had. I wasn't sure if my insurance coverage was still valid since I am in the process of switching insurance. They checked it for me and even checked on my prescriptions to make sure that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket at the pharmacy. They also scheduled a follow up appointment for me as a new patient to make sure all of my issues are taken care of.
Had a tooth pulled and felt everything!!! It's like Dr. Kapoor doesn't know where to stick the needle and how much to numb you with! I was a little numb but not in the right area!!! I really don't think he knows what he's doing! All he was concerned about was getting finished within 12 minutes! As they pulled it out I was crying and everything and he says it's just pressure you're feeling. Trust me I know the difference between pain and pressure and that was full blown pain!!!! I definitely wouldn't recommend Dr Kapoor and Thundermist for that matter. Oh a I just love it when he says what a good job he does!!!! :(
Both times that I've had dental issues they have taken good care of me ..they are very polite, friendly and take care of your needs to the best of their ability. ..I love this place and recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dental place ...
Good luck if you have a emergency, and I don't just mean that a filling might of come out, I'm talking about a broken tooth right through to the nerve where the pain won't even be relieved with Vicodin. They tell you that we will call you if they have a cancellation but they never do. They will let you be tortured by pain and do nothing. The vet treats my dog better and with more compassion, they are inhuman, and have no empathy with people that are suffering. They tell you you can come in and wait and the doctor will take you IF we have a cancellation. I asked the receptionist, "so I could wait ALL day and if there are no cancellations you will send me home without seeing me?" She sad yes! What is wrong with them, the state should pull their license to practice medicine.
Was absolutely shocked at how bad this place was after having decent experiences at the Wakefield location. The reception staff was nice enough, but my hygienist was rather rough with me. I've never had so much trouble taking X-Rays in my life! My mouth was sore for days afterward.
