My experience was horrible and distasteful especially in the permit Department came to pull a simple one on behalf of my company which does millions of dollars in business throughout the years throughout the state.. improving it slightly more and more at a time if you ask me... But when I arrived I was bombarded with questions and forms which to my knowledge I thought was was handled earlier with my employer.. needless to say I was passed off one by one by every clerk in the office until I was told there's nothing they can do to help.. then proceeded to gather and go for their afternoon walk considering it was a nice day.. I left that town hall speechless but not surprised I suggest maybe invest in a automated system I'm sure it would be user-friendly
