I'm a faithful Dunkin customer, usually twice every day. This particular store has new staff and I think they need more training. Not so friendly personalities aside, my order is frequently messed up. Example, just got my son a large hot chocolate and he received a large not fresh coffee with no sugar and barely any cream. My iced tea was supposed to be with sugar and lemon, no sugar in it at all. Two drinks, both wrong. Come on now! I will now be going out of my way to go to another Dunkin or maybe switch to Honeydew!
Hires nothing but Incompetent children. The Employees at this Dunkin are not intelligent what so ever and need to be liquidated or retrained, and until that happens i'm not going back. 90% of the employees have the maturity level of a 10 year old. I've been going to the Dunkin(s) on Diamond Hill for decades with not a single issue, even before they moved, and now I am going to Avoid this one in particular like the plague. These people get overwhelmed very easily, Cant make a coffee, or get any order correct. The employees at literally ONLY THIS Dunkin Donuts are annoying, rude, and literally can not do their jobs.. I will definitely go out of my way to go to another Dunkin from here on out.
